Arrive Beijing International Airport,  Meet and transfer from Beijing International Airport to hotel for night. (D)

Visit Tian’anmen Square & Forbidden City, Badaling Great Wall, overnight in Beijing.(B/L/D)

Beijing-Xining by air, visit Kimblum Lamasery, temples and museum, overnight in Xining.(B/L/D)

Xining, take a tour to Liuwan Ceramics unearthed site and  the museum, including a visit to Qutan Temple. After lunch, travel to Tu
Ethnic Autonomy County and visit local community and families and watch their religion  performance  & their folk shows(Optional), then take Tibet Express  train to Lhasa by soft sleeper.(B/L/D)

Arrive Lhasa at about 23:00, overnight in Lhasa. (all meals arranged by tourists themself in train)

Morning visit at Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery and Norbuglinkha (The Jewel Park and Summer Palace for Dalai Lhama), Tibetan dinner
with Tibet Culture Dance Show, overnight in Lhasa.

Lhasa Morning visit at the Jokhang (Dazao) Monastery, Sera Monastery , Barkhor Street, overnight in Lhasa.(B/L/D)

Lhasa Morning visit at a Tibet Hospital and a Tibetan School. Afternoon visit at the local community and family house, chats with local Tibetans, overnight in Lhasa.(B/L/D)

Lhasa-Chengdu by air , Afternoon excursion at Dujiangyan Ancient Dam /Magic Water  Control System, overnight in Chengdu. (B/L/D)

Chengdu , Morning excursion to Myth of Sanxingdui Triple Piles Museum. Afternoon visit Panda National Bleeding Base, Local Tea House, Pavilion of River View Garden, overnight in Chengdu.(B/L/D)

Chengdu-Shanghai by air, transfer to the Bund and Yu Garden for sightseeing, overnight in Shanghai.(B/L/D).
